Our CrossFit Classes

  • Warm Up

    Your warm up will get you ready for the class ahead! Working on mobility, muscle activation, pulse raisers and priming the right muscles for the movements, we ensure you're ready to go.

  • Strength & Skills

    Constantly varied movements: every session is different! We work through foundationl movements through gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructural (think running, rowing etc.) to improve every dimension of your fitness. Programmed progressively, you will see you achieving new skills, increasing strength and improving fitness all the time.

  • Metcon

    The metcon (metabolic conditioning) is your workout. Shorter and more intense than ones you will find in other classes and gyms, they aim to complement the work done in class and increase fitness through ten domains: Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance; Stamina; Strength; Flexibility; Power; Speed; Coordination; Balance; Accuracy; Agility.

  • Starting

    Waiting to go to the gym when you're "fit enough" is like waiting to go to the doctor until you're better! Our members are all ages, come from all kinds of backgrounds and start at every level - absolute beginners to fitness to athletes looking to improve their game. Our encouraging, welcoming & supportive community is open to One and All.

  • Scaling

    Nobody is expected to come in and be able to do all the movements! Your one-on-one starter course (Foundations) will get you comfortable with the CrossFit foundational movements, and we will work out the right options for YOU for each movement. This way, everyone gets to work just as hard as each other, on their own level.

  • Surpassing

    We put in the programming, you put in the work. Through our structured classes & coaching, and your dedication & determination, you will certainly see your progression like you haven't before - what better motivation to keep you pushing ahead.
