BMB WEIGHTLIFTING
BMB Fitness is a British Weightlifting Club offering expert coaching and development opportunities. We run sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30, welcoming all levels of lifters to improve their technique and strength in a supportive, community-focused environment. Our coaching team, consists of Head coach, Amy George, works alongside Coach Ben McKenzie, both of whom bring a wealth of experience from both competing and coaching in the sport. In addition to our regular classes, we offer courses to qualify in British Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 coaching, as well as seminars on various aspects of weightlifting. Whether you're looking to start your weightlifting journey or advance your coaching skills, BMB Fitness provides the knowledge and guidance you need to succeed.
